Dear Fernando, Thank you for your review and your feedback that will help us to improve our service. We were not aware of the A/C, since no other guests commented on this. Today the property is booked but I already made an appointment with technitians to come next weekd to check it, in case something is not working properly. I also would like to apologize because I coudln´t be at the moment of check-in. We do 99% of check-ins but the day you arrived, I had two guests delayed (I guess because of the storm) and that, together with the strong rain that collapsed the traffic, made me impossibe to be on time to welcome you at the lobby, as I usually do. Hopefully, I was able to register you at the front desk and in less than 5 minutes you were in the apartment! It was nice to host you and your family and hope to see you next time you come back to Miami. My best, Natalia
