Beautiful apartment ! perfect location !!

Wow... what a view! great view of the bay, Coconut Grove sailing, Peacock Park and into the grove. Clean and stylish apartment in well serviced tower (with friendly staff). walking distance to downtown Coconut Grove (retail, dining, entertainment), parks, waterfont, The Barnacle, etc.

This is a great unit for two couples! Nothing like both rooms having a king sized bed and their own private en-suite. The location in the Grove is perfect for walking to all the fun hot spots. There is a properly appointed kitchen with dishware, flatware, utensils etc if you want to do some cooking in the room. You will need to buy your own consumables, though. I would book this unit again for sure if I was travelling with another couple

We would highly recommend this space! The views from the apartment were really stunning. The wrap around balcony allows for you to see both sunrise and sunset. The location in Coconut grove is ideal. Just far enough that it isn’t overly loud but close enough that everything is walking distance. We stayed with our two children, who loved it. Amazing stay!

This is a small gem of an apartment in Miami...great area for kids or just for fun adults. I had a great stay at Natalia’s apartment. The property is modern, clean, with amazing views of the bay! Everything worked perfectly. No doubts she is a super host and takes care of all details, including the basic amenities. I will definitely come back!

This property is simply AMAZING! We stayed for 3 weeks and did not want to leave. The condo is beautifully decorated/appointed with everything you could need and the views from every window were breathtaking! The owners/management company were very responsive and friendly as well and met us upon arrival to give us a personal touch. Can't say enough great things other than you won't be disappointed if you stay here - five stars!

Place was great but would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues since bar stools are very high as are the bathtubs. No separate shower available.

We absolutely loved staying in Natalia’s apartment during our recent trip to Miami! The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It is also in an excellent location, allowing easy access to many of Miami’s attractions.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this apartment with its great views out over the marina. We also loved the roof top pool and gym facilities. The apartment is well placed to gain access to major routes to other parts of Miami such as South Beach. Communication around check in and checkout were clear and prompt with the host meeting us on arrival. Having free parking in the block with lift access was a real bonus. Suprermarkets were catered for with Fresh Food Market (3 blocks away) and Whole Food Market/Publix within a few minutes drive. We would definitely stay in the apartment again if we were to visit Miami.

The place is gorgeous. My family and I enjoyed it very much. Looking forward to coming back there again!

We had an excellent stay at Natalia's Apartment in the Grove. A highlight was experiencing the New Years fireworks display. The display covered the entire bay and most of the city all possible because the expansive view.

My experience at Natalia's apartment was the best Airbnb experience I have ever had.
All the previous apartments I have stayed in were excellent, but this stunning apartment is really amazing and has the highest standards possible.
As you can see by the pictures - it has the most fantastic view: you can sit on the balcony, or at the comfort of the great living room or even lie in bed and admire it (we never got tired of looking at the beautiful bay changing its colors during the day).
Natalia is a super talented interior designer who has an exquisite taste: I loved everything about the apartment's fine decor: it looks much better in reality than in the pictures!
This great apartment has everything for a perfect family vacation: a modern and well equipped kitchen, a washer and a dryer, huge comfortable beds and wonderful en-suite bathrooms (with lots of fluffy towels and luxurious soaps, shampoo and body lotion).
Natalia was an excellent host: she was easy to communicate with and even gave us an American smartphone for our use during our vacation, free of charge!
The apartment's location in the heart of Coconut Grove couldn't be better - just 2 minutes walk from the vibrant Coco Walk with all its lovely shops and restaurants (I love the Cheesecake Factory in particular).
This luxury apartment has even a free parking!

Nos ha encantado el departamento y la atención del host! El barrio esta muy bien ubicado, cuenta con supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes, parques y ademas tiene vista al mar. El departamento es muy completo, limpio, super equipado, nos sentimos como en casa propia. Lo mas agradable es que el edificio tiene un area comunal bastante grande que cuenta con piscina, spa, gimnasio y todos estos servicios vienen incluidos.
Nuestra host nos atendió de maravilla, cuidando cada detalle de nuestra estancia.

Booking was easy and Natalia was so helpful. The condo was wonderful with comfortable beds, and a lovely lounge to relax in and take in the spectacular views. My husband and I, along with our two teenage kids had a great time. We made use of the roof top pool and lovely restaurants in Coconut Grove. Would happily go back anytime!.

Recently stayed at this apartment and it was better than expected. Clean, great features and functionality and oh my, what a view. We were visiting family and it was great to have a place where it felt like home. My husband and i have done VRBO bookings previously, and this is top of the list. This was one of the most gorgeous, well situated and comfortable rentals we have ever stay at through VRBO. The location was perfect, the views outstanding and every detail was attended to. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were ridiculously comfortable and we wanted to spend every minute in the living room which had picture perfect views. To top it all off Natalia was wonderful to work with! I highly recommend this rental for your stay in Coconut Grove...I cannot wait to go back!

Natalia is fabulous. The condo is everything you see in the pictures and 100% more. From the time you walk through the door , you feel like you never want to leave. The views, the beautiful decorated condo, everything you could need at your fingertips. I could walk everywhere, but found it hard to leave the view and sunnying on the balcony. The entire hotel smells like a spa. Every inch of this hotel is spotless. We didn't want to leave!

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay, taking in the beautiful views from the balcony, while relaxing in a well appointed living area, with quality furniture and fittings (although the TV was a bit of a challenge!). The bedrooms and beds are comfortable and the bathrooms more than functional. Natalia was extremely attentive and made sure all was ok - nice to know that there is always someone there if there are problems. All in all.....can't say anything negative. Great place!

We had a wonderful stay at this two bedroom and two and one half bathroom condo in Coconut Grove. It is on the 10th floor and has a wrap-around balcony. The view is perfect. It is nicely decorated and immaculate. Natalia was very helpful. We had meals at Greenstreet, Lulu's, and Peacock Gardens.

Natalia greeted us in the lobby and gave us a very detailed tour of the property. The view is as described and was the highlight of the beautiful property. We had 4 guests in total, but could easily have slept another 1 or 2. The apartment is located in an ideal location in the Grove with easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping, and the water. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time at Natalia's apartment. The view is even better than in the pictures, and everything worked perfectly for us, from the very convenient parking within the building to the great pool and restaurant only two floors down. We will definitely come back next time we go to Miami.

I stayed here with my two girlfriends. Natalia was a wonderful host, and the condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for our eat-in lunches, and the balcony was another lovely space to hang out in the later afternoon and evening. I highly recommend the condo and Natalia, and I look forward to my next visit to Coconut Grove. (As an aside, if you are a beach seeker, the closest beach is a 10 minute drive away.) Fantastic location, excellent accommodation with beautiful views. All the benefits of hotel living with the advantage of a fully contained flat. Kitchen was very well appointed, which suited us as we were traveling with an 8 year old! Natalia, our hostess, was there to meet us and very helpful at all times. Car parking is also brilliant and comes as part of the package. It really is only a couple minutes walk to the center of Coconut Grove. Because it is located inside a hotel complex, it feels very safe and secure. Lastly, for grocery shopping, Fresh Market a few minutes by car had everything you would need (similar to Partridges in Sloane Square). Our found treasure was the Bookstore in the Grove, on Mary Street, delicious food with an array of books available to browse.

The photos of the condo cannot capture the amazing view; it was a pleasure each day to see the harbor with sail boats and lovely Peacock Park which is just across from Sonesta. The condo is beautifully furnished and kitchen is well supplied; it was immaculate with every design detail planned with care by Natalia, the manager. She and her husband Fer are friendly and warm hosts, and were available to answer any question. We will definitely return again when we visit our family in Miami. This is a great place to stay!!

We loved staying in this beautifully decorated condo with a spectacular view of the bay. The condo has totally comfortable bedding, great air conditioning, and a fully stocked kitchen. On 8th floor there is a large heated pool, and casual restaurant perfect for light meals. Across from the building is Peacock Park where we took our granddaughter to play and see soccer games. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Miami. The hosts, Natalia and Fer, are welcoming and helpful. A 5 star experience!

We stayed in this condo for a whole week. The views from the condo were impeccable- not to mention that there is a rooftop pool, jacuzzi and restaurant with amazing food. The entire condo was designed with comfort and beauty in mind. Each bedroom has premium linens, large closets a private designer bathroom- the larger bedroom even has a jacuzzi tub. Each bedroom also has a television. Additionally there is a third bathroom for your guests to use. Our family of 5 had plenty of space to enjoy the condo without worrying about a lack of privacy or stepping on each others toes. There is a large eat-in kitchen with plenty of room prepare dinner and sit and enjoy the views. Your are literally 1 block walking distance to COCOWALK - there is so much to do in the area surrounding the condo, there's no need to even take the car !! Were were hosted by Natalia and her husband. They were both incredibly informative and were present on check in and also on check out to and ensure our stay exceeded our expectations- which it most certainly did!! We highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to fully enjoy all that Miami has to offer. We stayed in this condo for a few days and had an amazing time! The condo is very well decorated, extremely clean and very well equipped. Both bedrooms are cozy and have their own TV, the living room is spacious and the views from inside the apartment or from the large balcony are…beyond astonishing!! Natalia was there for us at check-in and showed us the amenities. She even gave us a 7-page pamphlet with walks, places to go, restaurants...etc. She and her husband are wonderful, understanding and very helpful. On the 8th floor there is a lovely swimming pool, never too crowded. The groceries is only a few minutes by foot. Coconut Grove was a nice surprise for both my husband and myself.
