This unit exceeded any and all expectations. The neighborhood is stunning and provides a great opportunity to walk around and enjoy local restaurants, shops and sightseeing. We will absolutely stay here again.

Pleasant apartment in a top location in Coconut Grove. We had 2-bedroom which was actually a one bedroom plus a studio with a connecting door. Thus, we had 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms ;) Very well equipped. Kitchen and bathrooms not the most modern but well maintained and clean. Communication was excellent and check-in super smooth.

With the main door, you are able to easily access either bedroom, just like entering a house. Natalia’s/Layra’s apartment worked out perfectly for us. They run several apartments (Miami Apartment Rentals) with this one located in the Sonesta Hotel. That works out just fine since you can use the hotel amenities and there’s someone on the reception to help or receive packages. The apartment was clean and spacious and just like the photos except you can’t see the pool since it’s on the other side of the building. The linked apartment set up works seamlessly and allows some separation if desired. The apartment was well equipped inckuding bath and cleaning products. The location is 2 mins walk from Coconut Grive main drag. Communication was excellent throughout and check in/out efficient and pleasant. I recommend this apartment.

I wanted to pointed out something you wrote about accuracy "Accuracy feedback: All photos were true to life except the pool cannot be seen from the apartment sinceit’s on the opposite side of the building..." I think that it may be helpful for future guests to know that this unit has lateral sea view (exactly as you can see in the pictures) and that the the pool picture listed is only to show it as an amenity (same as the lobby, the restaurant or the gym which pictures also appear in the listing). Amazing and comfortable space! Yoga studio and amazing smoothie bar next door! Water view from bother balconies and lovely staff at the building.

I would highly recommend Natalia's place. The apartments matched the pictures exactly. Everything was super clean and well-appointed, and check-in was a breeze. They even accommodated a late check-out for a member of our party who had a later flight. The apartment is very close to many restaurants, the parking space was very convenient, and the pool access was a great perk. Really great hosts! Super communicative and very welcoming!
