“Great location and the unit itself was clean and comfortable, but the front door keypad died, and I was locked out a few times in a day and once at night; it was annoying but the team tried their best to resolve the issue and fix it permanently and in the end they did resolve and satisfy me. Some minor key fob and A/C issues as well but they resolved those very quickly. Onsite staff were kind and tried to help, but getting an actual fix or a fair resolution from management took far more calls and messages than it needed to. Overall great unit for a good price and I don't regret booking this unit with MVR I just ran into a unlikely issue is all! Just be weary that the balcony door is locked and there is a net over the balcony as well as translucent/transparent film on the balcony doors so you can still see outside but its slightly obstructed as the host has described in the listing.”
