We loved everything about this cute studio apartment. The furnishings were nice and it was so nice to have a few kitchen basics. Plenty of basic toiletries too. The pool deck could use a little repair and the elevators were so slow as one was broken but don’t let that hold you back from renting here. You can walk to so many great restaurants, have amazing water views and are an easy drive to beaches, museums, etc. The manager sent us texts to check that everything was good and update us on local events. Top notch service. We will definitely return to a Miami Vacation Rental.

Amazing studio with kitchenette and a balcony with beautiful views. The place was extremely clean and the manager was very attentive. Great location, walking distance to a variety of restaurants. We enjoyed staying here and will definitely be back!

Very courteous and friendly staff. The room was exactly as pictured, nice shower head and plenty of kitchen supplies. Great location in the Grove! The balcony is lovely with a nice view of the bay, however it is a little overshadowed by a run-down looking building next door with very loud air conditioning units on the roof.
The pool and jacuzzi area were clean and nicely maintained, as well as the lobby area.
While this room was nice and clean, others in my group (wedding) had rooms that were falling apart. Clean, but just "old" and not taken care of. Unfinished grout jobs, chipped tile, cut wires sticking out from the t.v. The overall impression of the Hotel Arya is that it probably had a heyday years ago, but is in need of some TLC. Maybe the hotel "side" is not as well maintained as the individual apartments. I probably wouldn't have noticed this if I didn't know others who were staying there.

In regards to the hotel rooms and private apartments, they are very different indeed. With us, private apartments, you will get some extra perks. Parking, which is around $36 per night, is INCLUDED in this reservation . As opposed to the hotel, this studio has smart TV so that you can log in with your account to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. The hotel has conventional non-smart TVs. Instead of sharing the hotel WIFI which is quite weak, you will enjoy a dedicated router and high-speed, reliable internet access at no supplementary cost . We leave a complimentary bottle of wine and water upon arrival as well as a Nespresso-type coffee maker . Finally, we have refurbished the unit unlike the hotel rooms, which have not been remodeled.
