This apartment was exactly how it was described, spacious, clean and met our needs perfectly. The fact it had 2 full bathrooms really was a plus. The decor was lovely and the view was great, loved having my coffee on the balcony each day. Couldn't hear other residents, near the elevators and garbage chute, would definitely stay here again.

Where do I begin!! This place was amazing and I had such a wonderful stay while in Miami for a big seminar. First and foremost I would like to give my deepest gratitude to these hosts as they truly saved me from not having a place to sleep. My trip started off horrible with a reservation at another place that was totally NOT what I expected, dirty, uncomfortable, NO hot water, NOT safe, and cheap bedsheets that gave me rashes!! I was here in a new city about to embark on an emotional journey full of breakthroughs in my life, while worried sick that we had no place to go after cancelling the original room. We could not stay. My heart was heavy. In the very early hours of the morning I got a response from this host Natalia and asked her, so wishing and hoping that she could help us out, if her place was available. Any and every other option in Miami was completely booked as our seminar involved 13,000 people all together in the city at once. She reassured me, consoled my worries, and the concierge took care of our luggage no issues while the room was being cleaned. We literally only slept here but I really wish I could of stayed longer!! It was so clean and comfortable. You can’t go wrong with these hosts. They worked efficiently and communicated with me on anything I needed. Top notch every step of the way.

El departamento es muy moderno y limpio. La zona es tranquila y con mucha vegetación. Ideal si tienes auto y te podes manejar con el ya que los Shooping y lugares de comercio están un poco alejados. 100% recomendable

Encantados de saber que te gustó el departamento y la zona, Coconut Grove es una de las mejores zonas de Miami y el edificio donde se encuentran nuestros apartamentos, justo enfrente de la bahía y de la marina es un sitio privilegiado. Esperamos tenerte de nuevo por aquí, nosotros manejamos más de 40 propiedades en Miami, la mayoría de ellas en Brickell que también es una zona fantástica y con mucha vida de bares, restaurantes, tiendas, etc.

We loved the apartment. We found everything we needed. The kitchen was well-outfitted, and everything was comfortable and high-end. Nicole was very responsive and helped us with anything we needed. Stay here you won't regret it!
