Silvia, super nice, met us in lobby, stored our bags for us, and made sure we were completely satisfied during our entire stay. Her recommendation for a lunch place nearby (Jaguar) was a refreshing and delicious way to bide our time since we arrived before check in. Gorgeous panoramic view of entire Biscayne bay from 16th floor of hotel with wrap around balcony. Similar view from pool area below. A chilled bottle of wine welcomed us to this lovely spic and span place for a relaxing mother/daughter getaway. We read previous reviews that said weekend nights can be a little noisy down below, but we had no trouble at all sleeping as we use a white noise app on our phone to sleep. Also Saturday night was the only night we heard this. This "noise" was just lively happy music from the fantastic restaurants nearby which we actually enjoyed hearing. So fun. Bed and linens very comfy. Bedroom blinds are not "broken" as I read in a different review. They are just tricky to use if you are not familiar with automatic blinds. Bathrooms have all amenities you would need, shower is great with fantastic view. There is a privacy shade to pull down if needed. Overall, this King size bed, 1.5 bathroom condo was super nice and perfect for a great mother/daughter getaway. The view was amazing. Air conditioner was awesome, though there was also a perfect breeze where you really wouldn't have to use AC if you didn't really want to. Parking garage was easy to go in and out whenever needed, elevator did not take forever like another review stated, and lots of cute local restaurants and shops in walking distance. Cocowalk has high end shopping and luxury movie theater. Short drive to nearby beaches and major shopping areas. As two females, we felt completely safe in this beautiful area of Coconut Grove. Don't hesitate to book this place.
