We have stayed in several MVR apartments in the Arya and each one is uniformly excellent. 1501 is upscale, fully renovated and a classic gem. The view of sunrise and the panoramic vista over Biscayne Bay is enchanting. The appliances and kitchen amenities are top of the line. The bathrooms are immaculate and the king sized bed is dreamy. We booked another stay with Miami Vacation Rentals and enjoyed the professionalism and detailed check in process that allowed us to feel that they care about who is staying in their units and not booking out to a heavy party crowd. Everything was as pictured and all amenities available. Having a clean space, including windows to take in the beautiful view, was much appreciated.
