Dear Mariana, thank you for taking the time to write your review. Although it seems that you loved the condo, I want to sincerely apologize for your negative experience at check-in. We are suprised to hear that, because we have a Site Manager in the building who takes care of all our guests. If you read our more than 400 reviews, most of them mention the Site Manager, our responsive service and our immediate answer to any request. Also, we have invested a lot in technology and we complete the checkín process with an iPad where we have all data pre-registered. That allows us to finish a check-in in 3 to 5 minutes. However, we'd like to learn more about your situation and what exactly happened. We want to make things right. So, please give us a call You can also email us and we will get back to you promptly. As for the parking, we are the only company in the building that has it own parking spaces. Rates are very low: $15 per day /$20 Fridays & Saturdays. We even offer a $90 weekly flat rate. Two days prior their arrival, all guests receive a welcome email with relevant information regarding the check-in process, parking options, and the neighborhood. For your comments, I guess you didn´t get that email. In some cases, guests provide emails they never check (perhaps thinking we are going to send them publicity, which we do not do), and they miss important information regarding their booking. Not sure if this was your case, but it´s important for other guests who may be reading now this review. We look forward to hearing from you and earning you back your business. It will be our pleasure to host you again whenever you come back to Miami.

We our proud "Superhost" in airbnb because we don´t cancel bookings. We understand that guest have their flight tickets bought and cancelling it´s not an option for us.
