All floors are in marble, kitchen countertop is in black granite. The second bedroom with twin-size beds and views over the city, and the river, includes a TV and a closet.
The property includes all kitchen utilities, pots & pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery, kitchen paper, dishwasher soap, etc. Among the electronics, you will find a toaster, Nespresso-type coffee maker, blender, juicer, iron (and iron board), and vacuum cleaner.
