It offers stunning city and river views with the bay in the background. Recently remodeled, this cheery 1 bedroom apartment (plus one queen-size sofa bed in the living room) will pamper you thanks to its tasty new furniture and complements, design tableware, high-quality linen and towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. It includes a Bosch dishwasher, full-size washer/dryer, 2 HD Smart LED TVs (100+ channels including HBO & Showtime, plus web streaming), free real fast WiFi (100Mb), Italian cabinets, and premium appliances by Wolf & Subzero, as well as solid marble counters. Design and cleanliness are of utmost importance to us.

For your entertainment, it features two Smart TVs with over 100 channels, including HBO & Showtime and music stations. For most guests really fast internet is of the utmost importance and accordingly, we offer you a dedicated connection with 100Mb (unlike most hotels which offer up to 5Mb and a shared or "dirty" connection).

The property includes all kitchen utilities, pots & pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery, kitchen paper, dishwasher soap, etc. Among the electronics, you will find a toaster, coffee maker, blender, iron (and iron board), and vacuum cleaner. This is my second time at this property and first time in this apartment. I highly recommend this property. Everything is great for a perfect Miami stay - location, ambiance, service, proximity to great spots. I feel like it is my very own Brickell home away from home! Also 2nd time Kat welcomed me and she is a great host!

Excellent stay

I wanted to get out of my home state for a week and booked with Miami Vacation rentals. The entire process was seemless, the host was very communicative with any questions I had and responded really quickly. The Condo looked exactly like it did in the pictures and the amenities were top notch. I worked with Kat who was wonderful, I met her on the first day and she was very friendly and informative. My flight got in a little early so she was able to recommend somewhere to eat and sent me a text when the place was ready. This is so much better than any Airbnb I've stayed in without all the ridiculous cleaning fees and expectations. All I had to do was take out any trash and wash any dirty dishes. I did strip the bed but that was not a requirement and something I do whenever I'm away just to help. Will definately be staying here again. Thanks Kat!
