My brother and I stayed for six nights while visiting our sisters in Miami. Location was very pleasant, lots of good restaurants nearby. The building is upscale and the apartment was clean, quiet, and well supplied. Kat and Silvia were attentive. The views are amazing!

My family of 4, with kids 18 and 20, booked this property for my son’s U Miami move-in date. This spot is about 10 minutes from the U. Miami Vacation Rental management impressed me with their professionalism and communication prior to, during, and after our stay. We’ll definitely book with them for return visits. This apartment, on the 14th floor of Hotel Arya, has incredible water views from all rooms. The location, in downtown Coconut Grove, is ideal for walking to numerous restaurants. Parking in the hotel garage was never an issue. We enjoyed the hotel pool. You enter the apartment into a hallway. There’s a bedroom with a microwave, mini-fridge, and bathroom off the hall. Through another door, you enter into an open kitchen/living room. The primary bed/bath is off the living area. There are 3 Smart t.v.s. We loved the wrap-around balcony at night, when the beautiful breeze kept the high temps at bay. If you want to cook, there’s a full kitchen of high-end appliances. We appreciated having a washer and dryer. The ac worked really well; I asked for room fans, and MVR delivered two brand-new fans. We had a small issue with the dryer which we didn’t discover until after hours. I texted and MVR responded within minutes. The issue was fixed promptly the next day. The apartment is spacious and quiet, and was ideal for our needs.

Incredible Coconut Grove experience! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing and was a wonderful introduction to Coconut Grove and the Miami area in general. The apartment is very spacious and beautifully decorated. And the views - WOW!!! We were in awe of the surroundings and wished we could have stayed longer.

This place was amazing! The views are spectacular, the pool area perfect, and Natalia went above and beyond for us (more to come on that).

We were looking for the classic "Miami apartment," with giant windows overlooking the water, a swanky high-rise building, and modern design. We got all of that at half the price it would have cost us to stay downtown, and having a toddler with us, the much quieter and relaxed Coconut Grove area was a perfect fit for our family.

When we reached out to Natalia about renting the place, we let her know we would have a toddler with us. She was quick to assure us that the building had a Pack n Play to rent, so we wouldn't need to lug one with us. As relieved as we were about knowing we could barrow one for our stay, we were OVERJOYED to walk into the apartment for the first time and find not only the Pack n Play already there, but also a highchair. Going above and beyond like that meant the world to us.

What a beautiful apartment. Parking was always easy and the view was amazing. There is a Freshmarket that was a 10 minute walk away and a nice way to start our first day and gather provisions. We were there for a work/ spring break week.
My husband worked on the patio everyday and my daughter and I greatly added to the local economy.
It was lovely to come home to a beautifully arranged space with such a spectacular view.
One reviewer added that there was no window blind on the bathroom window. We did a test on this and from no angle could you see inside the bathroom from the pool area 8 floors below. So that was no issue for us.
I had a small issue with the dryer but the maintenance man was there within a half hour and we were all set.
It was the perfect home away from home and we will definitely go back.

Well appointed apartment in a very nicely renovated 2 bedroom unit of the former sonesta ( now Aria hotel) in the heart of the Grove. The unit has all the comfort you expect for your stay and...a million dollar view over Biscayne Bay. I also liked that the AC was not noisy as many units in the building are very noisy.

Great condo for price. No bathroom shade on window for privacy. Very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Would have preferred a kuerig coffee maker.

The property is very well described as “one of a kind”: furniture is fine, and every detail was considered. You can easily realize things were anticipated, even a bottle of wine as a welcome gift, not very common.
The apartment is awesome and Natalia is a super host, no doubt about it.
I will definetely rent again with Natalia, but most likely in Brickell, since the sorroundings of Coconut Grove are not super nice anymore. Super happy with the experience.

Clean high end condo with a great view

Spectacular views! Clean, shiny and well-appointed. Elegant interior and close to everything by walking -- nearly everything!

I think it would be hard to find a more perfect Airbnb in Coconut Grove. The apartment was beautiful, stylish, and extremely clean. The kitchen was fully equipped; we managed to do some cooking and we had everything we needed. I really enjoyed morning coffee on the refreshingly breezy non-sun side of the balcony. The sun moves across the two areas of the wrap-around balcony, allowing one to enjoy the sun, or move to (Email hidden by Airbnb) munication from the host was instant when we had a quick question. Because we were there for almost a week, the washer and dryer in the unit were very much welcomed. This property is a hotel, with residential suites. It gave the feeling of staying at an extremely high-end hotel, with pool, restaurant, and bar, if desired, but with the privacy and relative quiet of a private home. We will definitely be returning to Miami, and will make this our first Airbnb search. Thanks Natalia!

It was a beautiful home & location. The apartment was beautifully decorated and located right in the heart of Coconut Grove. The view is incredible to say the least and love being able to have the ability of staying in a private apartment in a hotel with exclusive amenities. Will be back again! Gracias Natalia!
