This one-bedroom unit with Miami Vacation Rentals exceeded my expectations, even having stayed in a larger two-bedroom unit with them in August. The space was very cozy, and the view was truly unbeatable. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing basic meals, which was convenient.
The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. While we didn't use the pool, it looked beautiful and refreshing from our balcony. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
A huge perk of the location was walkability. We could easily access most of Coconut Grove on foot. The area boasts an abundance of fantastic restaurants, shopping options, and historical sites like Vizcaya and the Barnacle House. Our sailing trip with Destino Charters on Friday night was even more convenient, as the pick-up pier was just a short walk away.
For dining and drinks, Glass & Vine was a fantastic option right across the street, visible from our balcony along with Peacock Park. Coffee lovers are also well-served, with the Bazaar Project and Starbucks within easy walking distance.
Overall, we highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at Natalia's unit in Hotel Arya. Silvia was there to greet us and was very helpful. The unit was clean and had wonderful water views. The one thing that can be added is a full length mirror. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and we plan to come back soon.
