Very nice apartment in a nice neighborhood. Stuning view from the apartment in the 15th floor. Very comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Parking is included and a big advantage. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would definitely come back. Good communication. Thank you!

You can't beat the view, the location and the amenities. We felt right at home and really enjoyed our stay in Coconut Grove.
We had a truly wonderful stay at Natalia's - I travelled with my husband and our 10 month old baby. Communications were smooth, Natalia is very responsive. The place is exactly as shown - everything is brand new and comfy from the bed to the couch, linen, pillows, bath and shower + the apartment is very well decorated. Having access to the buildings parking was also a huge plus. THE VIEW is absolutely majestic and floor-to-ceiling windows and the wrap around balcony help to enjoy it fully. Neighbourhood is friendly and feels very safe. Even though many businesses were closed under construction around the apartment - we were told the hurricane damaged many a couple of years back - there are still a great number of good restaurants, cafes and parks at a short walking distance. Drive to Miami is about 15 min without trafic and about 30min at rush hour.
We were welcomed by Laura who showed us around and answered any questions we might have. Little attentions like water and a bottle of wine in the fridge to welcome us and a very very soft blanket left for our baby were very appreciated. Would recommend in a heart beat and we are hoping to be back.
