The space
Beautifully designed apartment with stylish finishes, tastefully furnished and decorated, with high-end appliances.
In addition to the master bedroom, which features a king-size bed, and living room, there is a spacious, fully private den that can be used as an office for remote work, a second bedroom, or both. The second room features a sofa bed (queen size). It also has a full-size sofa bed in the living. High ceilings throughout the apartment.
Spectacular unobstructed view of the ocean, Biscayne Bay and Brickell skyline from the 48th floor with access to the large balcony from both the living-room and master bedroom.
By staying as our guest you will have access to an award-winning spa (Florida’s Best Resort Spa 2020 and 2019 nominee). Luxury amenities also include a state-of-the-art gym (free classes included), one of the five largest residential infinity pools in the United States and the largest outdoor jacuzzi in Florida.
The apartment will provide the highest level of comfort, quality, and convenience due to its prime location:
--5-10 minute walk to the top restaurants in Brickell and Downtown Miami, such as Cipriani; Boulud Sud; Zuma; Novikov; The Capital Grille; La Mar by Gaston Acurio...etc.
--10-20 minute drive to the beach.
--Wynwood, Miami design district, cruise terminal, museums and arena are all nearby.
Guest will have access to the entire unit:

The Icon Spa: a staggering 28,000 square-feet, complete with a juice bar, treatment rooms for exotic massages, and a 5,000 square foot aqua-therapy lounge, His and Hers Eucalyptus steam rooms, saunas and relaxation areas. Guest passes to the Spa are included complimentary with your rental! Our guests can use the access cards (up to a maximum of four), unlimited for the duration of their stay.; also the gym is free of charge.

Other things to note
The building requires that we both sign and submit a short-term lease form to register our guests. This form states the dates of your arrival and departure, attachment of the lead traveler's photo ID, name of the lead traveler, and that the guests will follow the building rules.

How nice in every way, contemporary and clean, everything in it seemed new. The balcony gets sun about mid morning in February and then it stays for most of the day. This unit has commanding water and city views from the 48th floor. The location is within walking distance of everything worth seeing in new Brickell. Drive at your own peril, walking is faster. I've been here before, and I'll be back.
PS, I give everyone at Miami Vacation Rentals very high marks also.
