Second time staying in this building! Beautiful and perfect location. The views and amenities are outstanding. From check in to check out everything was super easy and efficient.

This place was amazing. Clean, easy check in, lots of things to do within walking distance.

Our stay was amazing and every expectation was met. The residence was very clean, the beds are all very comfortable, the views are gorgeous, and the place is very spacious! We were able to all get ready at the same time without any issues with not having enough hot water. The view of the pool was gorgeous, and we were lucky that during our stay (August) it was nearly empty.

There is a nice coffee shop (which was never crowded) in the next door lobby.
This location is great for walking to different stores and restaurants as well.

We are more than pleased. Natalia sent us everything we needed timely; I did not have to worry about remembering anything as all the information was very clear. The rental manager who checked us in was very pleasant.

*It was easy for us to get a luggage cart on the way in, but check out time on a Sunday not so much. But not a big deal.

We will definitely be back.

Great apartment. Five star amenities at the W. Plenty of restaurants and shopping walking distance. Breathtaking views. Comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend staying here. You are also very close to the museums and major sports venues. Brickell City Center is two blocks away and has tons of options for dining and shopping.

Muy buena la calidad de los apartamentos pero la señora LAURA es bastante mal humorada y problemática , deberían de utilizar otras personas que sean mejores host con más disposición a trabajar de manera más amistosa ! Very disappointed la actitud de esta Persona .. el señor Craig si es excelente persona y muy amable lo recomiendo mil veces más ya q es muy buena persona !

This home is amazing. We were very comfortable during our stay. Condo was close to everything we wanted to do in South beach. We used Uber during our stay and the price was not bad!

Spacious, well-equipped, and conveniently located in Brickell. Communication with the host was prompt and the site manager assisted with a smooth check-in. Waking up to great view everyday was definitely the cherry on top. A definite recommend for trips for families or groups of friends.

Appartement spacieux , idéal pour nous 4 , 4 adultes . Bien insonorisé du bruit extérieur du centre ville , très bien localisé, vue magnifiques sur l’océan , proche des plages , des transports en commun , de l’aéroport international de Miami .
Accueil très chaleureux de Laura , Natalia et Sylvia , disponibles pour tous renseignements .
Le Spa est sublime et fait vite oublié la piscine en cours de réparations .
Le parking ( 20€/jour) est extérieur et se situe juste à côté dans un endroit clos .
La cuisine est entièrement équipée .
Par contre aucun produit de base pour cuisiner , peut être prévoir sel/poivre/huile ...
Je recommande vivement cet appartement .

If you’re looking for upscale yet reasonably priced place.. book this stylish 2 bedroom in Brickel! Laura was a great host! The place is walking distance to Whole Foods, has wonderful views, incredible furnishings (not the cheap ikea goods) and good location.

The place is beautiful. Tasteful decor, warm and inviting. My only issue was with the property manager who had to meet me there to let me in apartment. (Most places have lock boxes to access keys. She was very rude, unpleasant and made me feel unwelcome as if I was an inconvenience to her.
She texted and called me several times prior to arrival, rushing me, to get to the l apartment RIGHT AWAY, not considering the fact I just stepped off the plane and had to wait in line for my rental car. Made me feel extremely rushed, giving me anxiety.

They also required me to provide my debit card at time of check in, AS WELL AS MY PIN NUMBER for my debit card. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ASKED BY ANYONE, or ANY BUSINESS; for my personal Debit Card PIN number.

I accidentally checked out and took a set of keys with me. Again, had to deal with an unpleasant property manager- who handled the situation totally unprofessionally. Arguing with me via text, calling me repeatedly. Instead of allowing me to mail the keys back, they chose to instantly charge me 250.00 for a key.

I will be contacting Airbnb to let them know or the unprofessional and rude service I had to deal with, after using Airbnb for several y years; I’ve never encountered such rude management. I will also notify them that they required my debit cards PIN number- meanwhile- banks suggest never giving anyone your PIN number

As a business owner myself, I would suggest to the representatives of this property; attend customer service training seminars.

The space is very stylish and the views are to die for. With a group of 3 guys, we had an amazing Miami trip thanks to this little gem. Would highly recommend, especially for the reasonable price.

The entire space was completely beautiful! From the hall way entrance to the slate tiles on the wall! The condo was STUNNING! Absolutely beautiful. Laura was really nice at checkin ; she gave us a full run down of everything. I’ve stayed in a Airbnb before in this very Icon Brickell but it was nothing compared to this experience. I’ll advise anyone looking to rent a space in Miami to put this at the top of their list ! Check out was nice as well ; Natalia was super sweet . . Thank you guys so much ! I hope to rent from you again in the near future

The host was great from the moment of check-in to check-out. The view, communication, and everything at the apartment was just as expected and is one of the best places to stay in town if you are looking for a place to stay in downtown Miami. They are rated 5-stars for their generous hospitality and place of stay!

I absolutely loved my stay! The pictures really don’t do this beautiful condo any justice. The views from the floor to ceiling windows were amazing. It was so clean and quiet yet hip and trendy. My friends and I felt like royalty. Laura greeted us when we arrived and went through every detail of the home which was very helpful. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were huge, and the kitchen literally and everything you needed. There was also complimentary wine and water which was very thoughtful. Overall, our stay was amazing and we will definitely be booking again. Thank you Laura and Silvia for all of you help and making our stay in Miami spectacular.

Location location location!! This property is living like a princess. Floor to ceiling windows. Even remote control shades and room darkening curtains. The beds are super comfortable! Surround sound in the bedrooms with smart televisions. Wonderful walkin closet.
The living room had a very modern but comfortable sectional. Very easy to take a nap on or watch the boats coming in and out of the harbor. Great kitchen with all the necessities and even a blender. Large dining table to seat 6 but also has a breakfast bar with seats for two. If you are in the mood there is a table with two chairs on the balcony that over looks the Key of Biscayne and has a side view out into the bay. The balcony runs the length of the condo.

And the 2 bathrooms... absolute luxury! Jacuzzi tub in the master and glass enclosed showers in both. Hair dryers in both bathrooms.

There is a washer and dryer and a dishwasher in the unit and they even provide you with 2 laundry pods and two dishwasher pods.

Highly recommend making arrangements for the parking pass. If you have a car it is well worth it. And less than a block to walk to the parking lot.

The site manager walks you through the property to make sure everything is in working order for your stay. I really liked that as she checked over any issues and even documented some small damage that occurred prior to my arrival so it wouldn't be charged against me. She left and less than two minutes later, I got a call on the door; she realized she hadn't shown me how to work the window treatment system. She could have left me to figure it out but she didn't; I really appreciated that and felt that she was so thoughtful for doing so.

Communication with Natalia and Silvia through the Airbnb was super quick.

I highly recommend this property and hope to go back soon.
