Unfortunately, the building does not provide space for this and we do not have storage either outside of the apartments. We have partnered with luggage hero (located 3 minutes' walk away), which specializes in storing luggage at a very low rate (first two hours complimentary). As for the non-slip mat and pillows, these are not items we have in storage, however, when possible we try our best to purchase them for our guests upon request. In your case, we sincerely apologize for not having been able to provide them. As always, it was an absolute pleasure hosting you, and we hope you will visit us again. Thank you, Irene!
