It was just a small issue solved after your check out just before next guests check in the same day. Dear Gregory, Thank you for your review. Please note, there are no extra or hidden fees, just a $250 refundable deposit is for provided amenity cards and fobs, our those have a high replacement cost. Please kindly note that , If all the fobs and Guest Amenity Cards are given back during check out the $250 refund is always refunded after the check out. Additionally, parking is optional and it is not included in the rental as it appears in our listing, it costs $25/day which is lower than the expensive valet parking service in the building and most of our guests who bring a car appreciate this low cost parking option, no other Airbnb listing offers free parking for the Icon Brickell Lastly, we strive hard to assure our guests have the best experience. We have a Site Manager in the building, available during our guest's stay to assure they have the best stay possible. Thank you.

As you mentioned parking is difficult in Brickell area, there are some public parking in the area, also the valet parking service in the building and we also have a few less expensive, parking spaces in the adjacent lot for some of our guests. As spaces are limited we recommend our guests to reserve in advance (now is peak season) or use Uber, it works very well here. I hope we could have you as our guest in the future. See you soon!!

Dear Ken, we are very pleased that you enjoyed your visit to Miami and to our apartment. Yes, location is ideal, next to the Metromover which is free and next to so many restaurants and museums, but sitting on its own small peninsula. The gym and the SPA are a great plus indeed. Dear Danielle, thank you so much for writing this nice review and for your private comment that I want to share here: "It was a nice Airbnb! Enjoyed my stay!" Please note that as you can see in our listing, we offer our own parking spaces (self parking with in & out privileges) at the adjacent building at a very reasonable rate: $15 per day (Sundays to Thursdays) and $20 (Fridays and Saturdays). We even offer a weekly flat rate of $90. We recommend to book the parking at the moment of reservation so, perhaps if you forgot to inform us that you were coming with your car, we didn´t offer you. I apologize. Since this is a walkable area and you can find anything you may need withing walking distance, many customers don´t rent a car. Instead, if needed, they choose Uber or Lyft. It takes literally 2 minutes to get any of them and it´s cheap (specially if you choose Uber Pool). Next time you come back to Miami, we will be glad to offer you one of our parking spaces so that your experience can be perfect! It will be a pleasure to host you again, Danielle!
