You can collect your amenity cards by doing either of the following: 1. Please, go to the guest card window located inside the loading dock in the basement. Exit the lobby and turn right. Walk through the gates and down the ramp, youll see the window on your right. 2. Taking the lobby elevator which is by the mirror and press G. (this is the slowest option) Office Is open from 9am to 5pm. ( Spa, gym and pool are located on the 15th floor). When possible, and when your arrival is during ofice hours, we will try to have the cards ready for you and handle them to you at check-in.

Since it has no in & out privileges the daily cost may greatly exceed that amount. - For stays of one month or longer the service is free. If it is not completed and returned to us, you will have to provide it to the Assn the day of your check-in. Should you arrive out of administration office hours, you will have to pay the valet parking cost until you can complete the registration with the Association. Please, be aware that we are not responsible in case you encounter difficulties at car registration.
-You can rent from us a space to self-park at the adjacent lot at $30/day, payable cash upon arrival, with in & out privileges. -Since spaces are limited, reservations are encouraged. -At the moment of check-in, we will handle you a magnetic parking pass to open the parking lot gate, and a paper sign with the dates you have booked your space. -You have to place the sign on your car´s dashboard. All vehicles missing this sign, or showing a sign with an expired date, can be towed by the lot owner. -To enter the parking lot, swipe your magnetic card at the gate. To leave, the gate will open by itself. -You can only park in spaces indicated by the Site Manager at the moment of Check-in. -Drive slowly and check for children when you drive backwards! There is a nursery school. -At check-out, remember we will need the magnetic pass in the apartment. So please, do not leave it in your car the night before. You don´t need it for leaving.

We leave 10 bath towels in our two-bedrooms apartments, 6 in one-bedrooms and 4 in studios. Hand towels: 6, 4, 2, and an extra shower mat in every apartment. Should you need more clean towels, please use the washer and dryer inside your apartment. For towels at the pool, gym or spa, show your Amenities Card to get them.
For your convenience, smoking (tobacco, marijuana, other) is ABSOLUTELY NOT permitted in our vacation rental properties. Any additional cleaning fees will be charged to the contract holder for any party not willing to abide by this policy. In addition, there will be a minimum fine of $500 charged. Removing smoke smell is an expensive process. Your understanding is appreciated.

Please be considerate of the cleaners and upcoming guests. If we find that additional cleaning is needed after your stay, you will be responsible for any extra charges. Please take your plastic garbage bag to the Trash Chute room, open the trash chute metal door and deposit the bag inside. The trash chute is located next the apartment in your floor ending in 01. Dishes and silverware: please rinse them and deposit them in the dishwasher, and start a cycle.
Some homeowners store personal belongings, like clothing, in locked closets. Attempts by guests to force open these rooms are taken very seriously. Please notify our office immediately if you discover an unlocked closet that appears to contain personal belongings. There are no valuable inside those closets.
In each floor you will see a sign saying, “Trash Chute” next to the apartment ending in 01. Enter that door, open the metal cover and deposit your plastic bag. Please do not forget to take out your trash before you leave.

With your Amenities Card, you can access: • Fitness Center • All gym classes (yoga, spinning, zumba, etc). You will find the gym classes posted in the spa area. To assist just go to the spa front desk 10 minutes before class starts and show your amenities card. • Spa, dry sauna and steam room (with free locker room) • Pool, hot tub To use the gym or spa, go to the Fitness Front Desk and show your Amenities Card.
During pool hours: make sure you take with you your Amenities Card and the FOB. In the elevator, press 15. Open the black door and go outside. The large pool and the hot tub are right there. To go to the spa and gym, walk along the pool, which will be to your right. At about the end of the pool you will see the sign ‘SPA’. Enter and take the elevator to the 14th floor. Enjoy it. If the pool is closed: please go to the 15th floor and open the black doors. • Make a left and you will see a sign "FIT". • Follow the sign until you find a pink door. Open it with your fob • Go downstairs to the 14th floor and open the new pink door with the sign "SPA" with your fob • Now you are in the garage, under the main pool. Please follow the yellow line on the floor, with the sign SPA, FITNESS, until you find another white door. At the door and at the opposite wall there is a sign SPA, FITNESS • Open that door, on the left, and continue straight until you find the fitness front desk. You did it!!! It was worth the walk.
Make sure the LED light next to the key sign is not lit. If necessary, place your finger until it turns off. Sometimes you need to try several times for 5 seconds, or another person with a warmer finger should try it. Then, select the burner you want to turn on, press ON and choose the temperature.
If Wi-Fi is not connecting, try turning the router off for 20 seconds and on again. Give it some time to reset itself. If that doesn’t work call us and in 95% of the cases we can fix it remotely. If not possible, we will try to solve it with a technician or with Hotwire, the service provider.
Press the ON button on your Hotwire remote or Samsung remote (old models have a colorful cube in the middle; newer models are smaller and have a top left on/off key). The TV should turn off. If that does not work, • Try with the other remote • Make sure the set-top box is on (you will see LED lights indicating activity). If it is off, it will need several minutes to start. • If not working, select INPUT and choose the highlighted option. 99% of the time, you need to select the right Input Source: HDMI plus a number like 1 or 2.
Our A/C as are inspected every three months. They function best when thermostats remain at a constant temperature. Do not set the thermostat below 70; setting it for a lower temperature may cause the HVAC unit to freeze and no longer function. All windows and doors should be closed when using the air conditioner. If it doesn’t work, please call us.
Every condo is equipped with a plunger. Please try plunging the toilet prior to calling for assistance. Please refrain from throwing away large amounts of toilet paper or sanitary items since toilets tend to clog relatively easily in skyscrapers.
More than likely it is the smoke detector battery that is going dead. Call us and we will send one of our maintenance techs to handle the issue. We do preventive maintenance but occasionally it could happen.
Any damage done to your rental property during your stay is the responsibility of the contract holder. If the damage is accidental in nature, please report it to our office right away. Every property has a full inspection just prior to check-in and another damage inspection just after departure to ensure that our staff catches any damage or mising items right away.
Should there be any malfunction, please note it on the ‘Apartment Inspection Report’ that you will be given; take a picture of it and send it to (+1) 305.798.8811 the first noon after your arrival (should the form be missing, just sent a text and picture).
