Dear James, thank you for your nice review. We are glad that you enjoyed those amazing views! I see that you rated us 5 stars (thank you, again!), but only 4 stars at checking: you added that host was late. First of all, we apologize that our Site Manager, was a little bit late. As reviews are helpful for other travelers, I would like to point out something: our Site Manager, who is the person in charge of check ins and check outs, and also assist guests during their stay, may have 3 or 4 check ins the same day. We try to schedule check in time with each traveler to avoid two check ins at the same time. But sometimes, guests are delayed and if they arrive late, the next guest must wait a little bit in the lobby while he´s finishing. Nothing different from a front desk in a hotel: sometimes, even if it is a 5 star hotel, you have to wait because there are other people in the line and the clerks are assisting another person. In those cases, we appreciate your patience! It was very nice hosting you. We hope to see you next time you come back to Miami.
