Can I stay in Your Apartments now?

The last “Miami-Dade Emergency Order 09-20” issued March 21st is clear that “new rental agreements shall not be entered into on a nightly or weekly basis, effective March 23rd, 2020”. It also states that if you are an “Essential Lodger,” you can stay with us, even if the reservation was made after March 23rd.

So, the answer is yes, with the above restrictions: for stays longer than a week, ideally no less than 15 days, and if you qualify in one of the categories defined at the end of this post.

We are here to help. We are aware of the hardships of many of our repeat guests, some of them stranded or unable to go to their homes, and we are supporting them in any way we can.
